Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for the return shipping of the item.
If the item arrived damaged beyond use (a scratch or dent does not constitute 'beyond use'), please take clear photos, including the original packing, and send them to Adornedlocks@gmail.com.
Your refund will be issued in the same manner in which the purchase was made.
