Service Description

Maintenance and timely re-tightening sessions are important to the integrity and look of your locks. The first year that your locks will need to mature will depend on how well you follow instructions and take care of your locks. Keeping you re-tightening appointment and using the Sisterlocks™ products are KEY. Retightenings can range from 90 minutes to 4+ hours. 1-4 hours = $45 per hour (Clean Hair) **If you're hair is not clean when you arrive for your appointment, you'll need to reschedule. If rescheduling is an issue, you'll be charged an extra $40 for the wash so please wash your hair before coming to your appointment.** IMPORTANT: If you've already had your locks established by another consultant and you're only interested in retightening, a consultation is mandatory and the fee is $45 per hour. There's no guaranteed time of completion. Learning your hair and working/cleaning/rehabbing behind another loctician can be a challenge, so this fee is non-negotiable. The first 4 hours must be paid before services are rendered and the balance before completion. **Late fee: There is no late fee per say. You'll be charged from the time of the appointment to completion. Example; if your appointment is at 8am and you arrive at 9am, and we finish at 1pm. You'll be charged from 8am to 1pm. NOT 9am to 1pm.**
